The Swiss Data Center Association (SDCA) has reached another important milestone: The SDCA Policy Advisory Board has convened for the first time.

With the continuous growth of its membership base and increasingly broad coverage of the entire industry, an active and dynamic ecosystem has developed around the SDCA. The inaugural meeting of the Political Advisory Board now marks the next logical step in the association’s further development.

The goal is to specifically strengthen political dialogue and to incorporate the interests of the data center industry even more effectively into relevant decision-making processes.

After all, topics such as digital infrastructure, energy supply, and location policy are no longer merely niche technical issues. They are of central importance for Switzerland’s economic development and the future of its society.

The SDCA is pleased to collaborate with experienced figures from politics and business and extends its sincere thanks to the members of the Political Advisory Board for their commitment: Franz Grüter, Thierry Burkart, and Dominik Blunschy.
